Hi, I'm Shonden and I'm a 3 year old boy who's not had a great start to life. I was purchased as a gift for my former Mom and she wasn't really happy about it from the start. My Mom was going through some health problems and couldn't really take proper care of me or train me. Unfortunately no one else in the family stepped to take care or train me so I developed some bad habbits and some fears.

I've been in rescue for a few months now and I'm getting better all the time! I'm still affraid of some people & some things sometimes; every day I'm getting less & less fearful. I don't like crowds really, they make me nervous. Some dogs make me affraid too, though I do get along with most dogs!! I can be possessive and protective so my foster Mom does not want me to live with young kids. I'm housebroken and crate trained, I know a lot of commands! Yep, I've had some training; I know sit, down, stay, leave it and I walk great on a leash!! Plus, look at my pictures... I'm gorgeous!! If you've got patience & love I'm the boy for you! Like all the dogs in rescue I'm up to date on shots, neutered and microchipped.. so I'm ready for adoption anytime you are!
